Artwork is a stone veneer facade covering a 100 ft. dia. storm water tank partially buried in Washington Park. Storm water is directed from the landscape on top to 3 stone chevrons that will become lush and mossy. Cavity-nesting bird houses with faux bark facades occupy the areas in between.
