2013 salvaged architectural sandstone, earth berm, plantings

Commissioned by 4Culture, Seattle & City of Aberdeen, WA

When Aberdeen's historic 1909 high school burned down in 2002, the city salvaged much of the building’s sandstone from the ruins. The reconfigured blocks are now sited along this coastal town's main thoroughfare.
